All investments are backed by physical solar assets — panels, inverters, and mounting structures installed on-site. Revenue is further secured through legally binding Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with credit-worthy offtakers such as factories, malls, and schools. Assets are also covered by comprehensive insurance.
Projected returns are estimated at 8% to 15% per annum depending on the project type, location, and investment term (4-10 years). Returns are generated from electricity sales and distributed periodically to investors. Actual returns may vary based on project performance.
Under the PPA model, we install solar systems on commercial or industrial rooftops at zero cost to the property owner. They purchase the generated electricity at a rate below the grid tariff, providing immediate savings. Investor returns come from these guaranteed electricity payments over the agreement term.
All technical operations and maintenance (O&M) are handled by our experienced engineering team, backed by 8+ years of solar EPC expertise from our sister company, Solar EPC Development Ltd. This includes monitoring, cleaning, inverter maintenance, and performance optimization.
