Our Origins

Local Presence, Regional Expertise

Established in November 2025, Solar Estate & Equity (SEE) brings a proven renewable energy legacy to Malaysia. We are the sister concern of Solar EPC Development Ltd. (SEPC), Bangladesh's market leader since 2018.

SEE operates as a solar project development and equity investment company. We develop projects, distribute Tier-1 solar products, and partner with local contractors — while SEPC provides the engineering backbone. By combining deep technical expertise with innovative financial structuring, we ensure every project delivers value to investors, property owners, and the environment.

Floating Solar: A Regional First

In 2019, SEPC installed Bangladesh's first floating solar system — a pioneering pilot that proved the viability of water-based solar in South Asia. Six years later, we scaled to one of the country's largest floating installations.
